We spend a few days with you and the people doing the work, and follow real jobs from start to finish. Where does a request come in? Who touches it, and where does it sit and wait? Within days we can show you where the hours go.

  1. The audit: We spend a few days with you and the people doing the work, and follow real jobs from start to finish. Where does a request come in? Who touches it, and where does it sit and wait?   2. The blueprint: We turn what we found into a written plan. For each workflow it says what the system will handle, what stays with your team and how many hours a week it should give back. You can push back on any of it, and nothing is built until you sign. A fixed-price plan, with the hours we are committing to in writing.
  3. Connecting your tools: We connect the software you already pay for, on your own accounts, so everything works from the same records. You can see exactly what we have access to, and you can switch any of it off. Your tools linked into one place your team and the agents both use.
  4. Building the agents: Each agent gets one job and a clear rule for when to hand over to a person. We build them in the open, test them on real cases with your team and change what doesn’t feel right before anything goes live. Working agents, tested on your own cases before launch.
  5. Handover: We train your team, hand over the documentation and make sure someone in-house knows how to run it. Then we start measuring the hours against where you began. A system your team owns, live by the end of week four.
  6. The guarantee: Your blueprint puts in writing how many hours a week we’ll give your team back. If the system doesn’t deliver them within 60 days of going live, we keep working at no charge until it does. If we still can’t by day 90, we refund half your build fee, and you keep everything we built. The hours in writing, and the risk on us.
